Myleka Huey, MSW Intern

Johnson C. Smith University – Master of Social Work Program

Myleka is a second-year MSW intern from Johnson C. Smith University, training under the supervision of Tahiyya Martin at She Heals Journey PLLC. She is a passionate advocate for empowerment, education, and self-expression, with a deep commitment to creating spaces where people can explore sexuality, identity, and healing without shame.

As the visionary behind creative projects and community-centered events, Myleka blends artistry, advocacy, and education to spark meaningful conversations, build authentic connections, and inspire liberation. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing and empowerment are collective processes, and she is dedicated to breaking barriers and uplifting underrepresented voices.

During her internship, Myleka will be learning and practicing within the Sacred Erotic Integration™ (SEI) framework and the Integrative Relationship and Sexual Wellness Therapy (IRSWT) model. Through this experience, she is expanding her skills in sexual wellness, trauma-informed care, and relational healing, while continuing to bring her bold storytelling and creative lens to the work of therapy and community healing.
