Jamaiya Crouch has been working in the mental health field since the age of 14, and her passion for the work has only deepened over the years. She has grown from learning the ropes to mastering the many moving parts of managing a busy practice. Whether handling billing, keeping the team aligned with quality measures, or ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, Jamaiya is dedicated to creating efficiency, organization, and ease.
Being part of her team feels like being part of a second family, and she takes great pride in supporting both staff and the clients they serve. Her warm presence and commitment to excellence help bring everything together seamlessly.
Outside of work, Jamaiya loves the coziness of pumpkin spice season and is currently hooked on the Hulu series Tell Me Lies.

Lee Suarez is the Practice Coordinator and the welcoming first point of contact for our clients. She provides essential administrative support to the practice, managing intakes, scheduling, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Known for her warm smile and attentive care, Lee is always delighted to assist. Outside of work, she loves dancing to house music, getting lost in mystery and thriller novels, and spending time with her partner and her cat, Sesame.
