The creation story…
She Heals® began as a dream in 2018. It was a dream of creating a space for women to heal and recover emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This dream became a reality as a one day intensive workshop for women. In 2019 the dream expanded to include space for women to rediscover, renew, and rebuild self. This dream became a reality as a monthly healing circle that focused on building community for women while incorporating self care, journaling, coaching, discussion, drumming, music, energy healing, laughter, crying, and more. She Heals® isn’t done dreaming.
Today She Heals® Journey PLLC has taken the reins to provide healing space for women that are ready to rediscover, renew, and rebuild self. She Heals® has journeyed to become She Heals® Journey PLLC, a safe holistic healing space in the form of a therapy practice that focuses on the whole health of the woman in recovery, self discovery in relational and sexual wellness. She Heals® Journey PLLC offers individual, group, and couples therapy.
