Meet Tahiyya

Tahiyya Alnisaa is a licensed therapist, board-certified sexologist, and somatic practitioner specializing in supporting women—particularly BIPOC women—navigating grief, relational challenges, sexual trauma, erotic recovery, and inner child healing.
Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed, integrative, and body-centered approach that supports clients in moving beyond insight alone and into deeper connection with their body, emotions, and sense of self.
Tahiyya integrates somatic therapy, parts-informed work, and relational approaches to explore how past experiences continue to shape present-day patterns in relationships, emotional responses, and self-perception. She also supports clients in navigating sexual health and intimacy concerns with care, clarity, and clinical sensitivity.
She is the founder of She Heals Journey, a culturally affirming therapy practice created to provide a space where women can engage in healing that feels safe, supported, and attuned to their lived experience.
She approaches her work with intention, cultural awareness, and a commitment to creating space for meaningful healing.
