Meet Tahiyya

Tahiyya Alnisaa is a licensed therapist, board-certified sexologist, and somatic practitioner specializing in supporting women—particularly BIPOC women—navigating grief, relational challenges, sexual trauma, erotic recovery, and inner child healing. She is also the founder and developer of Sacred Erotic Integration™ (SEI), an integrative framework informed by trauma research, attachment and developmental psychology, inner child healing, grief integration, somatic psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, sexual wellbeing, embodiment, and ritual-based meaning-making practices.
Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed, integrative, and body-centered approach that supports clients in moving beyond insight alone and into deeper connection with their body, emotions, and sense of self.
Tahiyya integrates somatic therapy, parts-informed work, and relational approaches to explore how past experiences continue to shape present-day patterns in relationships, emotional responses, and self-perception. She also supports clients in navigating sexual health and intimacy concerns with care, clarity, and clinical sensitivity.
She is the founder of She Heals Journey, a culturally affirming therapy practice created to provide a space where women can engage in healing that feels safe, supported, and attuned to their lived experience.
She approaches her work with intention, cultural awareness, and a commitment to creating space for meaningful healing.
